Shelter will provide the client with an accurate written estimate for the job.
Pricing for typical permit drawings are generally based on square footage of project (other factors such as complexity & outdoor spaces etc. will be weighed in). The general estimate (guideline) for these are $1/sq.ft (based on main and upper floors) for construction documents. This also includes a 3d model (of the project) as well we offer unlimited revisions during the design phase (any "major" changes into the design phase will be discussed/dealt on a case by case basis).
Custom home - construction drawing packages & services can be tailored to suit your needs. Full material and take-offs, construction details as required (on going with the project) and 3d services like walkthroughs and interior finish & detailing.
Hourly design/draft fee - $60.00 CDN
Payment Schedule (3 installments)
50% design phase
25% preparation of final documents/renderings
25% upon completion of drawings - print ready
